It is suggested to take 4 pills two times a day on an empty stomach. We do recommend titrating up as this is a very concentrated product:

• 1 pill two times a day on an empty stomach for 2-3 days
• 2 pills two times a day on an empty stomach for 2-3 days
• 3 pills two times a day on an empty stomach for 2-3 days
• 4 pills two times a day on an empty stomach for 2-3 days

This product is made to be taken on an empty stomach as the celery juice extract and Lumbrokinase thrive in this environment and absorb into your bloodstream for the most bio-activity possible. The dosage reflects what would be used if taking supplements individually to address specific issues. Below are a list of potential replacements:

**There are some patients who will need to take this product with food. If your patient has Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, is on blood thinners, or they do not have enough platelets; it is recommended to be taken with food. The clinician will determine the best dose. When this product is taken with food, the lumbrokinase will not decrease inflammation as much. However, the other active ingredients should do their work just the same.
